Whereever you go, there you are

When you are BEING where you are, what is there to fear? When you are in the past or future, you are not where you are, not BEING where you are. Therefore, fear takes hold.

We resist what we fear. How can you fear what is in the past or future--that which isn't anymore, and which isn't yet? Resistance is futile. You will assimilate what happens to you. *smiles*

"Whereever I go, I meet myself." Shunryu Suzuki
