SIDHE

Sidhe

When I look at her picture, a feeling swells. Why? Not that I doubt it. The feeling was there before I noticed it. Is this idolization? Is it setting her up on a pedestal? Not if it was there before I noticed it. The she, the one moving from moment to moment, slides in and out of existence. Is this the really real SHE? No. That’s the one that attaches to me as she relates to me, my self-importance. The SIDHE as she is can’t be grasped, only seen as the passing dance, the laughter ringing in my ears, the softness under my finger tips, the perfume of her hair, the taste of her skin (and cooking!). The moment I’m conscious of her, SHE’s gone.

What did you say?

Yes, Sidhe is one of those allies that likes to be alone, yet tempts you to the rock hewn waves when it suits her, or you decide to suit her. There is a peace there too, when you get tired of chasing and just sit on the rocks, listening to her song.
